We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—while maintaining fair and transparent conditions for everyone.

✅ 12-Hour Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 12 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted for exchanges, not refunds (unless item is damaged/incorrect). 

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns, including exchanges

  • Exchange will be processed only after we receive and check all returned items.

  • Returns are subjective to availability of respective size and design.
  • Returns are not applicable for Minor variations in color or detailing that may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Unboxing video must be provided

  • You must include the order receipt or proof of purchase

  • Return will only be processed after full inspection of returned items

  • Exchanges are only applicable for items of equal or higher values

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video (All Returns & Exchanges)

A clear, unedited unboxing video is required in the following cases:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • For all exchanges or 12-hour return requests

Video Guidelines:

  • Start recording before opening the package

  • Show the item being removed from its packaging

  • Video must be clear, continuous, and unedited

⚠️ No unboxing video = No return, exchange, or refund

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only given in case of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed only after:

  1. We receive the returned item(s)

  2. We verify they match what we originally shipped

  3. We confirm they meet all return conditions

✅ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or stitched kurtis

  • Used, worn, or washed products

  • Items returned without an unboxing video

📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@alaraasi.com within 12 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • The unboxing video

🚫 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
